You can enter online with a receipt or by mail without a purchase.
One entry per person per household per month.
Online entries require a recent Marshalls receipt with a valid survey invitation.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
Marshalls employees, affiliates, and their immediate families are excluded from the survey sweepstakes.
